LIQUID FLOW CONTROL TECHNOLOGY combines a standard microturbine flow sensor with an integrated needle valve for proportional flow control based on user input. Not designed for ultra-high-purity applications.
LIQUID THERMAL MASS TECHNOLOGY is designed as a solution for applications using very low flow rates. Reliable measurement down to 0.05 mLpm (50 microliters per minute).
