McMillan Model 80SD Mass FLO-CONTROLLERS are capable of measuring and controlling virtually any clean, dry gas as low as 0-50 sccm or as high as 0-10 L/minute! Repeatable results are achieved using a patented thermal mass flow sensor design. This proven design minimizes zero drift while maintaining fast response and linear outputs.

Because of the compact size and economical cost of these products, the Model 80SD Series FLO-CONTROLLERS are suitable for a wide variety of industrial, commercial, laboratory and O.E.M. applications. Some sample applications include furnace flow control, online gas blending, regulation of sample gas streams, and precise gas injection systems.

Stainless steel construction with metal fittings is standard. Analog input signal provides the setpoint, and an analog output is provided for remote data monitoring. The integrated display module reports current flow rate in mL/minute or L/minute. It also provides the option to dial in a setpoint, negating the need for an external setpoint signal.

The display can be calibrated for up to three different gases; using the DIP switches provided, the customer can select which gas is currently flowing and the display will make needed corrections.

A cable assembly or power adapter is required for operation.
